Verifications

Santa Rosa Junior College has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide Degree and Enrollment Verification of past and present Santa Rosa Junior College students. Enrollment Verifications are free of charge to students and may be obtained immediately online.

Enrollment Verification Certificates for the following uses must be requested using this service:
Credit Issuers, Student Loan Deferments, Scholarships, Health Insurance, Employment, Training, Selected Government Forms, Housing, Travel.

How to obtain a free “Current Enrollment Verification Certificate” or “Good Student Driver Discount Certificate” through the Student Portal:

Step 1 - Go to the Student Portal and log in

Step 2 - Inside the “myRecords” box, click on the “Enrollment and Degree Verification” link and follow the steps provided on the page.

SRJC does not provide enrollment or degree verifications over the phone.
If a third party is requesting verification, we must receive a signed Records Release Authorization Form from the student before any information can be released.
